A one-time donation or payment to the church towards a memorial, general giving or other benevolence may be funded from your PayPal account, a credit card, or your checking or savings account.
To use your PayPal account, enter your account, choose “Pay or send money”, click on “Send money to friends and family”, and enter the email address firstname.lastname@example.org in the box that asks for an “E-mail, Mobile Number or Name”. On the screen after entering the amount and whether to use PayPal funds or a credit card, a box below the amount with a little pencil asks, “Add a note”. In order for the church to record your gift properly, please enter in this note site the purpose of your donation. Funds currently accepting donations include: Memorials (name), General Fund/Pledge, Good Samaritan, Nickel-a-Meal, High School Mission Trip, Junior High Mission Trip, Adult Mission, One Great Hour, Medical Mission, Guatemala, Joy Gift, “Souper Bowl”, Mwandi Donations, or Mwandi – OVC Project. Online gifts to our church via a PayPal account are transacted directly from the PayPal secure website and receipts are provided to you.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you may remit your donation by using your checking/saving account or a credit/debit card by clicking on OTHER FUNDING. Enter the amount, choose the fund from the drop down menu, and input your email address. On the next screen choose your payment option and enter required information. If you use the OTHER FUNDING option as a guest, a receipt will be sent to the email address provided.
In the OTHER FUNDING section, the option is provided to create an account with the church for possible repetitive giving or to access your giving records. After completing the page with the amount, fund donating to, and your email, click “Continue” and proceed to the next page. In the “We’d love to have you back” block, just confirm your email, and click on the “Create Account” link in order to continue both with your gift and to set up an account simultaneously.
